Update:
Fredrick Rainey is now in custody! He was arrested about thirty minutes ago hiding in an apartment in Warren. He is now headed to jail in Fordyce.

The Arkansas State Police, Arkansas Game & Fish, Fordyce Police Department, Department of Corrections, Bradley County Sheriff’s Office, and my deputies that worked over 30 hours straight.
