Good afternoon, I wanted to send an update on some recent events this past week. It is with a heavy heart that we have lost two young people in our community. The first one involved a shooting at a birthday party where a young man lost his life. The second was a suicide. Both of these incidents are a sad reality of our society today. The shooting incident is under investigation by the Arkansas State Police, Fordyce Police Department, and the Dallas County Sheriff's Office. I

Good morning, I'm happy to report that on Wednesday, we held our third annual Shop with A Cop at the Fordyce Walmart. We had 39 kids participate this year, which is a new record.
