Update: 6:12 PM
I wanted to give an update on the injured officers condition. The prayers have been answered. One officer was released yesterday and will remain off work for a while. The second officer was released today after undergoing extensive surgeries to repair broken bones. He has a king road ahead of him to full recovery, but both are lucky to be alive.
Myself, Mayor John Mcnichol want to thank everyone for the prayers for these officers! Please continue to keep them in your prayers as they have a long ways to go before being back 100%.
