SHERIFF MIKE KNOEDL - WEEKLY UPDATE

Update:

I wanted to make everyone aware that we had two separate shooting incidents within the city of Fordyce yesterday evening. The Dallas County Sheriff's Department and Fordyce Police Department are working closely in this investigation. We all were up most of the night conducting interviews. several more were interviewed today. All I can report at this time is that one suspect was arrested after midnight today. There was one victim transported by helicopter to Little Rock where he remains in critical condition at this time. Luckily, the second shooting did not involve any injuries but remains under investigation.

This senseless violence has to stop, and we're committed to doing just that!
