Good morning!


I hope everyone is doing well and taking care of themselves during this heat. Please remember to keep fresh water available for your pets and make sure they have a shaded area in which to rest.


We had our monthly criminal Circuit Court this past Wednesday and some cases were adjudicated:

Demarcus Childs pled true to his Revocation and guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance charges. He received 3 years in the CCC and 3 years in SIS


Octavio Padalla pled guilty to Commercial Burglary, Aggravated Assault and Criminal Mischief and received 10 years SIS


Domonique Morgan pled guilty to Residential Burglary and Criminal Mischief and was sentenced to 5 years Probation and a $2500 fine


Michelle Parker pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to the ASP program


Desmond Crabtree pled guilty to Furnishing, Possessing, or Using Prohibited Articles and was sentenced to 6 years in the ADC and 6 years SIS


Alonzo Hampton pled guilty to Furnishing, Possessing, or Using Prohibited Articles and was sentenced to 6 years in the ADC and 6 years SIS


Kenyari Cranford pled guilty to Theft by Receiving(firearm) and was entered into the ASP program


Dana King pled guilty to Furnishing, Possessing, or Using Prohibited Articles and was sentenced to 5 years Probation


Yaousha Moore pled guilty to Theft by Receiving and Fleeing and was sentenced under ACT 346 to 5 years Probation and a $2500.00 fine


William Roberson pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and received 5 years Probation and a $1000.00 fine
